Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and fulfilled by USPS. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for delivery once shipped. Your shipment will include tracking and insurance.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in touch with me directly via email at email@example.com or through the website's contact page so we can work towards a favorable solution. I do my best to respond within 24hrs.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
I package your items with great care to ensure they arrive safely. However, should an item arrive damaged, please get in touch with me and send me a photo (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will immediately reship at no charge to you.
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, please notify me within 12hrs of making your purchase. Once your order processes and ships a refund cannot be issued until the items are returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened.
